These Terms govern your use of Mio Path (the “app”) and miopath.com (the “site”). By using the app or the site you agree to these Terms.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Mio Path for your own entertainment, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not abuse, disrupt or attempt to break the service, and do not use the app to harass other players.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to their terms. Unless required by law, purchases of virtual items are final and non-refundable. Virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money.

Friends and invites

Invite links and friend features are provided for personal use. Do not use them to spam, mislead or collect data about other people.

Content and intellectual property

Mio Path, its characters (including Mio and Mia), artwork, levels and brand are owned by us and protected by law. You may not copy, resell or redistribute them without permission.

Availability

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may update, change or discontinue features.

Disclaimer and liability

The app and site are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
